杨秋娥,女,博士,教授,硕士生导师。主要从事细菌抗生素耐药性的产生和传播、耐药细菌的适应性代价和进化等方向的研究。国家自然科学青年基金项目1项,国家重点研发计划青年科学家子任务1项,福建省面上基金1项。共发表学术论文18篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者SCI论文7篇,相关研究成果发表于Nature Communications, The ISME Journal, FEMS microbiology reviews, Environment International, Scientific Reports, Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy 等国际知名杂志。主讲本科生课程《土壤学》、研究生课程《研究生英语》。

科研方向:
目前主要从事细菌抗生素耐药性的产生和传播、耐药细菌的适应性代价和进化等方向的研究:(1)探讨导致耐药性产生的主要因素、细菌耐药性的进化过程及其分子机制,探讨耐药基因产生的适应性代价对细菌竞争力的影响;(2)在微生物基因组学的研究中,探讨携带耐药基因的人畜共患病原菌是如何在微生物竞争群体中生存和传播。
